  8.             SOFTWARE LICENSE
  9.  
  10.             Command Post is not and has never been public domain
  11.             software, nor is it free software.
  12.  
  13.             Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use
  14.             Command Post on a 21-day trial basis for the purpose of
  15.             determining whether Command Post is suitable for their
  16.             needs.  The use of Command Post, except for the initial
  17.             21-day trial, requires registration.  The use of
  18.             unlicensed copies of Command Post by any person,
  19.             business, corporation, government agency or any other
  20.             entity is strictly prohibited.
  21.  
  22.             A single user license permits a user to use Command Post
  23.             only on a single computer.  Licensed users may use the
  24.             program on different computers, but may not use the program
  25.             on more than one computer at the same time.
  26.  
  27.             No one may modify or patch the Command Post executable
  28.             files in any way,  including but not limited to
  29.             decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise reverse
  30.         engineering the program.
  31.  
  32.         A limited license is granted to copy and distribute
  33.         Command Post only for the trial use of others, subject
  34.         to the above limitations, and also the following:
  35.  
  36.         1) Command Post must be copied in unmodified form, complete
  37.            with the file containing this license information.
  38.  
  39.         2) The full machine-readable Command Post documentation must
  40.            be included with each copy.
  41.  
  42.         3) Command Post may not be distributed in conjunction with
  43.            any other  product with out a specific license to do so
  44.            from Wilson WindowWare.
  45.  
  46.         4) No fee, charge, or other compensation may be requested or
  47.            accepted, except as authorized below:
  48.  
  49.            A) Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (sysops)
  50.           may make Command Post available for downloading only as
  51.           long as the above conditions are met.  An overall or
  52.           time-dependent charge for the use of the bulletin board
  53.           system is permitted as long as there is not a specific
  54.           charge for the download of Command Post.
  55.  
  56.            B) Vendors of user-supported or shareware software approved by
  57.                   the ASP may distribute Command Post, subject to the
  58.           above conditions, without specific permission.  Non-
  59.           approved vendors may distribute Command Post only after
  60.           obtaining written permission from Wilson WindowWare.
  61.           Such permission is usually granted.  Please write for
  62.           details (enclose your catalog).  Vendors may charge a
  63.           disk duplication and handling fee, which, when pro-rated
  64.           to the Command Post product, may not exceed eight dollars.

  66.             LIMITED WARRANTY
  67.  
  68.             Wilson WindowWare guarantees your satisfaction with this
  69.             product for a period of 30 days from the date of original
  70.             purchase.  If you are unsatisfied with Command Post
  71.             within that time period, return the package in saleable
  72.         condition to the place of purchase for a full refund.
  73.  
  74.             Wilson WindowWare warrants that all disks provided are
  75.             free from defects in material and workmanship, assuming
  76.             normal use, for a period of 30 days from the date of
  77.             purchase.
  78.  
  79.             Wilson WindowWare warrants that the program will perform
  80.             in substantial compliance with the documentation supplied
  81.             with the software product.  If a significant defect in
  82.             the product is found, the Purchaser may return the
  83.             product for a refund.  In no event will such a refund
  84.             exceed the purchase price of the product.
  85.  
  86.             EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, WILSON WINDOWWARE DISCLAIMS ALL
  87.             WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT
  88.             LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
  89.             FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE
  90.             PRODUCT.  SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, THE
  91.             PURCHASER ASSUMES THE RISK OF PAYING THE ENTIRE COST OF
  92.             ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION AND ANY
  93.             INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  IN NO EVENT WILL
  94.             WILSON WINDOWWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
  95.             (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF
  96.             BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS
  97.             INFORMATION AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE
  98.             INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT EVEN IF WILSON WINDOWWARE
  99.             HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  101.             Use of this product for any period of time constitutes
  102.             your acceptance of this agreement and subjects you to its
  103.             contents.

  105.             U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS
  106.  
  107.             Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject
  108.             to restrictions as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of
  109.             the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
